The Danville Community Christmas Tree is a special event which helps people who cannot afford to have a nice meal, clothing, or gifts for their children- they bring Christmas to them. Faithfully, lists are collected every year from different departments such as the Danville Police Department and the State Welfare office.

Our facility offers a large kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator and a six-burner gas range with a double oven and a double stainless steel sink.

Our dance floor is concrete and has a seating capacity of 250. We have 32 round tables and 26 rectangle tables. Our nicest asset is our wood balcony surrounding the ballroom. It can and has been decorated with many lights, netting, balloons, etc.. Lots of memories are stored in our lovely ballroom and in the hearts of those who had rented the Ballroom.

Our rental fee is $350, which is NON-Refundable, there is a $100 clean-up fee and a $25 key return fee. If the person leasing the facility cleans up to our specifications after the event and returns the key by that following Monday, the $125 is returned.
